TERMS & CONDITIONS AGREEMENT

Service Product: Hirepil

Parent Company: Haulplus Solutions Pvt. Ltd

Hereinafter referred to as the Student.
(Which expression shall, unless repugnant to the context or meaning thereof, shall mean and include his heirs, executors, administrators, assignees, etc.)
THE PARTY OF THE FIRST PART.

AND

Haulplus Solutions Pvt. Ltd, a Private Limited Company registered under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956, through its Authorised Officer, having its office at Solitaire 6, Bavdhan, Pune 411 021.

Hereinafter referred to as the institute.
(Which expression shall, unless repugnant to the context or meaning thereof, shall mean and include its heirs, executors, administrators, assignees, etc.)

NATURE OF THE RELATIONSHIP & SERVICE

Not an Employment Agency: The Candidate expressly acknowledges that Hirepil is a Career Preparation and Skill Enhancement Platform. While the parent company, Haulplus Solutions Pvt. Ltd, operates in the recruitment and sourcing industry, Hirepil is an independent service product. This platform is NOT a job placement agency, a recruitment firm, or an employment exchange.

Independent Service: The subscription fee paid for Hirepil is for career preparation tools only. Using this service does not guarantee an interview or placement through Haulplus Solutions Pvt. Ltd or its affiliates.

Not a "Job for Money" Scheme: No part of the fee is charged in exchange for a "job promise." Placement services provided after the support period are a value-added feature provided free of cost and do not constitute a paid service.

NO JOB GUARANTEE & CANDIDATE RESPONSIBILITY

Performance-Based Results: Success in the job market depends entirely on the Candidate’s own performance, efforts, and the independent discretion of third-party employers. The Company provides zero guarantee of employment.

Self-Update Clause: The job market and technological requirements evolve rapidly. It is the sole responsibility of the Candidate to stay updated with current industry trends, latest software versions, and market demands. The Company is not liable if a candidate fails an interview based on "outdated" content or if they fail to incorporate recent industry shifts into their preparation.

No Liability for Rejection: The Company is not responsible for any rejection or "Cooling Period" (debarment) imposed by any employer for any reason.

SUBSCRIPTION, PAYMENT & ACCESS

Fee Structure: The total subscription fee is ₹25,000 + applicable GST.

Conditional Access: Full access to the web-based application is granted only upon 100% payment of the fee. Any payment below the full amount will result in Limited Access to the platform features.

Duration: The fee covers intensive preparation support for one (1) year. Access to placement services thereafter is at the discretion of the Company and remains free of cost.

Strict No-Refund Policy: Under no circumstances—including but not limited to self-attained employment, technical inability, or dissatisfaction with curated content—will any refund be issued.

Personal & Non-Transferable License: The subscription to Hirepil is issued exclusively to the individual Candidate who has completed the OTP verification. This access is non-transferable, non-assignable, and non-sublicensable. The Candidate is strictly prohibited from sharing, selling, or leasing their login credentials, dashboard access, or proprietary preparation material to any third party. Any attempt to transfer the account will result in immediate permanent deactivation.

SECURITY, FRAUD & OTP DISCLAIMER

Authorized Payments Only: All payments must be made via the official payment gateway after logging into the Hirepil dashboard.

Fraud Alert: The Company will NEVER call or SMS to ask for an OTP, password, or direct bank transfer/UPI payment to any personal account. Do not pay or transfer money directly to any person claiming to represent Haulplus Solutions Pvt. Ltd or Hirepil. The Company shall not be liable for any losses due to such fraudulent transactions.

Two-Way Verification: Acceptance of this agreement is finalized only after two-way verification (Email and Mobile OTP).

DATA LOGGING & LEGAL CONSENT

Digital Signature: By clicking "Accept" and completing the OTP verification, the Candidate consents to the recording of their IP Address, Device ID, and Location Time-Stamp.

Non-Repudiation: This digital log serves as conclusive legal evidence of the Candidate's acceptance of these terms. The Candidate waives any right to claim "I never signed this" or "I was unaware of these terms."

TECHNICAL & CONTENT DISCLAIMER

System Requirements: The Candidate is responsible for maintaining a high-speed internet connection (recommended 10Mbps+) and using the latest version of Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox.

Assessment & Ratings: These tools use technology to help the candidate identify weak areas. Ratings are subjective indicators for improvement and are not legal certifications of skill.

Third-Party Resources: Suggested reading and video links are provided free of cost. These are curated based on the genuineness of content from the public domain. The Company does not promote any specific person or channel and is not responsible for the quality or outcome of such external training.

Certifications: Any certifications suggested are for profile enrichment only; the Company is not a party to, nor responsible for, the issuance or recognition of such certificates.

Candidate Eligibility & Foundational Qualifications

Affirmation of Eligibility: The Candidate hereby affirms that they possess the requisite educational qualifications, degrees, and basic technical foundations necessary for the job roles they are pursuing. Hirepil is a Career Enhancement and Guidance Platform; it is not a substitute for formal education or a primary degree-granting institution.

Responsibility for Standards: The Candidate acknowledges that meeting the specific recruitment standards, skill requirements, and professional expectations of a hiring company is their sole personal responsibility. Job placement is a result of the Candidate’s own merit and alignment with an employer's criteria.

Limitation of Institute Responsibility: The Candidate expressly agrees that enrollment in the Hirepil program does not create a "matter of right" regarding employment. The responsibility for securing a job does not rest with the platform or its parent company, Haulplus. Hirepil acts exclusively as a guiding bridge; the effort to walk across that bridge and meet the employer’s benchmarks rests entirely with the Candidate

No Liability for Lack of Effort: The Company shall not be held responsible or liable for a Candidate's failure to secure employment resulting from:

  • Inadequate foundational educational qualifications.
  • A lack of personal effort in working on suggested skill enhancements.
  • Failure to meet the specific behavioral or technical standards set by recruiting companies.
  • A passive approach to the guidance provided, under the false assumption that the platform is responsible for the final outcome.

ARBITRATION & JURISDICTION

That, all disputes arising out of this Agreement shall be resolved as per the provisions of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 by the Sole Arbitrator appointed by the Institute.
Dispute Resolution Process:

Arbitration: All disputes or differences between the parties arising out of or relating to the construction, meaning, operation or effect of this agreement or the breach thereof shall be first attempted to be settled amicably. However, if the parties are not able to resolve the dispute, the same shall be resolved by arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The dispute would be referred to arbitration by either party only after notice in writing to the other party, clearly mentioning the nature of the dispute/ differences. Such arbitration shall be conducted by a Sole Arbitrator to be appointed by the Company Secretary & Head-Legal of the Institute or his nominee. The decision of the Sole Arbitrator so appointed shall be final and binding on both parties, and expenses shall be divided equally. The venue for the arbitration shall be Pune. All the arbitration proceedings shall be carried out in English. The award of the Arbitral Tribunal shall be final and binding on the parties.

Governing Law: This agreement is governed by the laws of India.

TERMINATION FOR CAUSE

Termination for Misuse & Conflict of Interest: The Company reserves the absolute right to terminate the Candidate's subscription and revoke platform access immediately, without notice and without any liability for a refund, if the Company, in its sole discretion, determines that the Candidate has: Acted against the interests of Hirepil or the parent company, Haulplus Solutions Pvt. Ltd (including but not limited to disparagement, data scraping, or intellectual property theft). Provided false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or the assessment process. Misused the services for any purpose other than personal career preparation (such as commercial use, training third parties, or gathering competitive intelligence). Shared proprietary interview banks, mentor feedback, or platform methodology with external entities.
