To provide a secure and personalized experience, Hirepil collects:

● Identity Data: Name, contact details, and professional background.

● Verification Data: Email/Mobile OTP records.

● Technical Logs: IP Address, Device ID, Browser type, and Geographic Location timestamps (recorded at the time of T&C acceptance and payment).

● Performance Data: Audio/Video recordings of mock interviews, assessment scores, and "Readiness Meter" statistics.

PURPOSE OF DATA LOGGING

● Legal Protection: Technical logs are maintained to prevent fraudulent "chargeback" claims and to verify that the candidate personally accepted the T&C.

● Skill Improvement: Performance data is used by mentors to provide granular feedback.

● Recruitment Integration: As Hirepil is a product of HAUL PLUS SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED, your "Interview Readiness Score" may be used to match you with relevant hiring mandates managed by the parent company, unless you opt-out.

DATA SHARING & THIRD PARTIES

● We do not sell your data to third-party marketing firms.

● Data may be shared with our authorized payment gateways to process transactions and resolve payment disputes.

● Video/Audio recordings of mocks are shared only with the assigned Industry Mentor for evaluation purposes.

SECURITY

We implement industry-standard encryption to protect your financial and personal data. We will never ask for your password or OTP via phone or SMS.
